Shipping and Returns Policy

General shipping for Ireland is €6 and generally takes 2-3 working days.
We aim to meet all delivery dates however during busy periods (sale, holidays, new products etc…) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasional technical updates and weather conditions will mean that delivery times may need to be extended. We will work hard to keep any delivery changes to a minimum as we all love a fast delivery.
Please note: Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.
Please provide us with a phone number and correct Eircode when placing your order so the courier can contact you and find you.
We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur or any incorrect Eircode given.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, still sealed and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
